Tuesday Thoughts

How is it that the week goes by so fast. Today is my Friday. I spend my first day of my two day weekend doing laundry and play catch up with tidying up my room. Than the next day is resting, reading, and maybe finish putting my thoughts together.  You might be wondering what I do when I am not blogging. I am serving my community as a cashier and clerk at my local grocery store. It is a great job and I am actually enjoying it. I feel like I have finally found a good fit for myself.

I also enjoy working on my Facebook Page.  I decided that if I can find one good quote or inspirational photo and post it I would be making a difference in the world.  I usually skim through Instagram for something and than it posts to my personal profile and than I send it to my Sara Gamachu page.  I am still doing the self care challenge even though I am behind on posting I am doing my best to take care of me.  Someone told me that if I can’t care of myself how would I be able to take care of someone else. So a picture here, a quote there, with a dash of motivation.  Put it all together and what do you have?  Princess Happiness/Sara Gamachu.

The simplicity of life is just being yourself.”

Everyone feels glum, distressed, or perturbed as a result of life's experiences; but if these feelings last for a long time, they disrupt your life. Learning to notice and identify these feelings and mastering the habits of a healthy lifestyle takes practice. I will be sharing my personal stories and stories of individuals (on emotional issues) whose names won't be mentioned. Most of these stories will be written in the first person narrative. Promising you a noteworthy read! Cheers!
