Weekend Edition with Sara Gamachu.

Welcome to “How I Learned To Start Over in 2013“. I am your host Sara Gamachu. I have been blogging off and on for over 8 years now. Things I write about are living with anxiety, taking up the self-care challenge on The Mighty, and just about anything that comes to my mind. I am in my early 40s, yet I look so much younger. I manage my own Facebook Page, and up until recently, I decided to earn money on the side with my blog.

I appreciated a reader who sent a donation towards my coffee breaks. You would be amazed how a drink can motivate you to work harder and do your best. I will add the contribution block below so anyone can choose the increments they might want to send my way.

It has been two weeks since I began this post. I have been wondering how I wanted to end or continue this entry.  I started thinking about what I should start writing.  I have come up with this list of what I want to write about next.

  • Write about how self-care has helped me.
  • How I challenge myself by getting up and getting out of my comfort zone.
  • Medication the good, the bad, and the oh my goodness.
  • Tell a story about the pictures that I have taken.

I also want to invite you all to the Sara Gamachu Group that is attached to my Facebook page. It is a great place to talk about writing, books, entertainment, and everything in between. I am hoping you will enjoy your weekend and I will see you next time.

The simplicity of life is just being yourself.”

Everyone feels glum, distressed, or perturbed as a result of life's experiences; but if these feelings last for a long time, they disrupt your life. Learning to notice and identify these feelings and mastering the habits of a healthy lifestyle takes practice. I will be sharing my personal stories and stories of individuals (on emotional issues) whose names won't be mentioned. Most of these stories will be written in the first person narrative. Promising you a noteworthy read! Cheers!
